The Viscomi Family: 8 Months Old

When the 26th rolled around, I knew I had to get a picture of Mason, even though he was feeling terrible. I waited until I thought it was his best time of the day and got him dressed in something other than pj's. We gave it our best shot....but he just wasn't feeling it! Worth a try though, right?!?!

On Saturday, Mason was feeling much better so I took the opportunity to do a "picture re-take" day. He was smiling faster than I could take the pictures;) So great to see him having such a good day!

Since Mason's been sick for the last 6 weeks, there aren't a lot of new things to report. He has 4 teeth now, loves vegetables (when he'll eat), doesn't like fruits, is mesmerized by Makena, talks a lot more, would rather stand than sit and loves putting everything in his mouth. He also has a new love for Dora the Explorer! When he's having a really bad moment and screaming like crazy, the only thing that calms him down is hearing Dora and Boots. This method works at all hours of the day and night! Wouldn't normally be my first choice but when you're desperate, you use what works....and this seems to be the magic trick!!!

We're all looking forward to having Mason be healthy again so we can get started on some of the fun things like crawling, walking and saying mama;)
