Makena was really excited for Valentine's Day to get here, mostly because she wanted to make treat bags for her friends at school. She was very helpful, making sure every bag had one of each kind of candy. Valentine's Day morning, they came downstairs to find a few things from Mommy & Daddy and then it was off to school where Makena had a fun party. After school, she got to eat a big, heart-shaped cupcake I made for her and they both got big Valentine's Day bags from Grandma & Grandpa. Before bed, they opened their Valentine's mail from Nani, Poppy and Nana! It was a very fun day from start to finish;)
