Sick, Sick, Sick

Poor Makena has been so sick lately:( She started throwing up Thursday night at 5:45....and continued to do so off and on until 4:00 AM. What a long night for all of us...even Brinkley! We spent the next 3 days hanging out at home recovering. Since Daddy was out of town, we did "girl" things to make us feel better:) We painted our toe nails, dressed alike, braided our hair the same way and watched a Life Time movie!!!!!

Just when I thought she was getting back to normal, I woke her up Monday morning to find that she had thrown up in bed during the night. I won't go into detail....I'll just say.....GROSS!!!! I knew the pediatrician couldn't give Makena anything for the flu but I thought she was digging in her ears a little so I decided to take her to the Dr on Monday afternoon. Mommy's always know.....turns out she had an ear infection as well:(

As if that wasn't enough, I had the "pleasure" of having Makena throw up all over me on Tuesday night!! In my hair, on my face, down my shirt, all over my clothes. I knew one day I would probably get puked on.....but to this extent....I could never have dreamed it in a million years!!!!!!

Hoping Makena wakes up in the morning feeling great and back to her cute, loving self again!!!!
