The Viscomi Family: Happy Easter

Makena's first Easter was a lot of fun. She met the Easter bunny on Saturday afternoon at Bass Pro Shop. Since this is Uncle Michael's favorite place, he went with us and showed Makena around. You'll notice in the pictures she dressed for the occasion in her camo skirt:) We all waited in a long and very hot line for about an hour but she did great when her turn came around. For her picture with the Easter bunny, Makena wore my first Easter dress!

The next day the Easter bunny left a basket for Makena with lots of fun things! She also got to open some gifts from Nani and Poppi. The rest of the day was spent with grandma and grandpa....another big Easter basket and lots of good food. We finished the night with a walk outside. It's not every year you can say that!!! I'm looking forward to next year when we can hide Easter eggs.
