Makena had a great 1st Valentine's Day. It was more like a Valentine's weekend since she got to open presents from Grandma & Grandpa on Saturday and presents from mama & dada on Sunday. Of course we all could have given her a big bag of tissue paper since that still seems to be the best gift of all:) Grandma gave Makena the 'All the Ways I Love You' Hallmark book with her voice recorded on it.....so now she gets to hear Grandma's voice every night!!! Last week Makena also got a heart zip-up hoodie from Nani & Papi and some red/white striped leg warmers from Aunt Tedra. Stay tuned for pics of Makena in the leg warmers.....it's hysterical:)
Ryan was, of course, a great husband....he surprised me with very pretty tulips and dinner at The Melting Pot!!!!
