The Viscomi Family: The Easter Bunny

The week before Easter, Makena couldn't stop talking about going to find the Easter Bunny. She wanted to see him, sit on his lap, talk to him.....she wanted to do it all! And she wanted her "whole family" to be there with her. Even though we knew she was all talk, we packed up and headed to Bass Pro. The line was long but the kids did great while we waited. Once there were only a couple people in front of us, you could look at Makena's face and tell....it was panic time!!! There was no way she was getting on the bunnies lap so we didn't even bother trying. Mason, on the other hand, did great for his first time meeting the Easter Bunny! He sat down, starred for a minute, got his picture taken and it was over. That night, and for the next couple days, Makena tried to get us to take her back. She said she was ready to sit on his lap and talk to him now! Hummmmmm.....maybe next year;)
