I feel like I was JUST doing a 6 month blog...and now she's already 7 months old! Makena's two bottom teeth are getting bigger, she's eating fruits and veggies, she still loves to put everything in her mouth, she talks to herself a lot and always prefers to be standing instead of sitting. She will also put her arms around your neck when you pick her up. I like to call those hugs even though she doesn't mean to do it yet!! You'll see below that the monthly sign pictures are becoming a bit difficult now that she can move her way around to grab the paper....and wrinkle it....and drool on it....and eat it;) We got Makena a walker and she loves it.
AAAAHHHHH....I just took a quick break from typing to go play with Makena, Brinkley and Ryan on the living room floor. Makena really wanted the toy Brinkley was chewing on so she got herself in the crawling position and started to crawl. You heard it right.....CRAWL!!!!!! Ryan and I looked at each other like we just won the lottery:) She only did it for a few seconds...just long enough to get the dog toy.....but she did it! Our baby crawled.
