5 Months Old

The big news this month is that Makena has 2 teeth!!! Her two front, bottom teeth are in and we can see that more on the bottom are not far behind. The first day we noticed them we rushed out to buy baby Orajel thinking she was going to be super fussy. What do we know?!?! She's been perfectly fine and doesn't act like they bother her at all:) We're going through a lot more bibs in a day though because she's drooling like crazy.

Makena still doesn't have any interest in rolling over from her back to her belly, but she'll roll from her belly to her back occasionally. I'm pretty sure she'll walk before she crawls. You can see in one of the pics below that we can stand her up and let go and she'll stay there for several seconds.

We had a good time taking these 5 month pics. This is the dress she wore to Michael and Alexis' wedding and then we used some leftover roses and pink tool. I'll post wedding pics when I have them....Makena couldn't have looked more perfect:)
