3 Month's Old

We can hardly believe that Makena is 3 months old. She is getting so big and we have so much fun playing with her!!!! She's talking a lot, laughing, holding on to her toys, pulling my hair and is so close to rolling over it's scary. She can even walk from one side of the room to the other while we hold her under her armpits...I don't think she's supposed to be able to do that but it's crazy to see.

After 3 wonderful months of being home everyday with Makena, maternity leave is sadly over and I had to go back to work. I'd say I only wonder what she's doing about 50 times a day or so:) But I know she's in very good hands with her new babysitter, Sue...better known at our house as Nanny Sue!!! We can tell Makena has a great time with Nanny Sue every day and we're SO glad to have her.

I've noticed that in 3 months time, we have come up with so many nicknames for Makena...we rarely call her by her name. Sometimes I lay in bed at night trying to remember if I said her actual name that day. I mostly call her Kena-Bena, chunky monkey and sugar-bugar.

We took Makena to get her 3 month pictures taken a few days ago. I should have some to post in the next few days.
