Makena Celebrating Grandma's Birthday

We celebrated my mom's birthday this past weekend. Makena got a card for Grandma...the one I felt like she was staring at the most at Target:) The three of us also went to The Cheesecake Factory for lunch and did some shopping. Once again, Makena was a great shopper! HAPPY BIRTHDAY...
